Heirloom Woods

This is all pretty straight forward and as equitable as I can make it for both you and myself. It takes roughly three weeks to make a cradle. I work on one cradle at a time, two if in a real pinch, so there is a work schedule. I suggest making reservations for your cradle as far in advance as possible to insure timely placement. Quotes are firm not estimates. Due to the dynamic costs of wood species quotes are good for thirty days If you should reserve a space on the work schedule sixty or ninety days in advance I will rework the quote and it will remain firm for any wood species price changes under five percent. While the cost of wood is dynamic it is likely that if there is any change in that period of time it will be minimal. I do not do mark ups on materials. Should there be a substantial increase in costs on a quote rework and you would like to confirm the change I will understand and supply you with the name and phone number of my suppler as well as the necessary specifics of the species so you can confirm the change yourself. I require sixty percent (60%) of the quoted price as a down payment. The balance to be paid when you receive your cradle. Once I have your written acceptance of a quote you cradle will be place on the work schedule. I DO NOT require or want your money until one week prior to the agreed on start work date. The one week period allows time for mailings and check clearance. I realize that circumstances can change. Since your place in the work schedule is secured on your word I do request that you please inform me immediately if you should have a change of mind for any reason. No harm, no foul. Once I have received your down payment and the supplies have been bought or, where applicable, place on order, it is NOT refundable. |
