Our Philosophy

Heirloom Woods has just three people to please, myself, my head of quality control and our customer. All of our cradles are a product of my own hand so the first part is easy.  Since my head of quality control is my friend, biggest critic, and wonderful wife, the second is impossible but I keep trying. As for the third party, you, the customer, it is our aim to work with each of you to provide you with the cradle that you want, at a fair price, and with no compromise in quality.

Though it may be a bit out of sync with today's business philosophy I believe the way to success is to provide the customer with honest value for their money. I do this work because I enjoy it and I enjoy the thought of one of my cradles being passed on to the children, grandchildren, and great grandchildren of the original user.

Please feel free to contact us and let us know what you are looking for. I'll be more then happy to discuss your needs and help guide you through such issues as choices of woods, stains and dyes, finishes, and types of cradles. Each cradle is custom made so you will not be buying an off the shelf throw away cradle. It will be made with the finest of joints and carefully applied quality finishes.

Remember, cradles for twins are a specialty. The two you have seen so far are of my own design and, to the best of my knowledge, the only cradles made to meet the needs of twins. I haven't had a call for a cradle for triplets or quintuplets but if you have the requirement let me know and we'll see what we can do.

Sincerely

Mike Glennon
